When Will I See You Again, Juicy IPA, is a collab with Humleland. Michael and Lene came to visit. We all know how much you all enjoy a good IPA. Here is our version of a Jutland East Coast IPA. We have used pilsner malt, wheat malt and flaked oats in the malt bill. Our regular semihard Aarhus water was treated with Ca++, So4—and Cl- to balance the salts for mouthfeel and texture. We have used Lallemand New England yeast and hops (Citra, Sultana and Callista) have been added in the kettle and during fermentation. Never have we at Aarhus Bryghus used such vast quantities of hops!
