No Sailing Today, mild Cranberry Sour is part of a series of new beers from the Brewers playground. We want to challenge ourselves and you by creating beers with character. 8% alc. No Sailing Today is a Belgian style Fruit Beer, brewed in September, fermented and then transferred to a 1000 litre conditioning tank with oak chip and fruit juice. It has naturally soured. The residual sweetness of the strong beer and the tannins from the oak help to balance the beer.
