Fermented Boat, 8% alc.

Fermented Boat, Baked Imperial Gooseberry Sour, was brewed in September. After fermentation it was transferred to a 1.000 litre tank, medium roasted oak chip was added along with a heck of gooseberry juice. The beer has been left until March to mature and is now ready for your enjoyment.
